RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we'll do our best to make it right.
The Basics
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is in as-new condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds, exchanges, or store credit are available. The choice is yours.
Any applicable taxes will be refunded in accordance with the law. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
As-New Condition
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Free from scratches, marks, abrasions, or dents
- Uninstalled and unaltered in any way
- Packed securely for return transit
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that bronze and copper pieces begin to develop a natural patina with handling and exposure. Items showing evidence of prolonged use or outdoor exposure are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will make it right, whether that's a replacement, a repair, or a full refund.
Exclusions
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on items that have been installed, physically altered, or are no longer in as-new condition as defined above.
