Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Should you be less than fully content, we are committed to finding the right solution.
The Basics
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in as-new condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. You may elect for a full refund, an exchange, or a store credit.
Returns must be authorized by contacting us first. The client is responsible for all return shipping costs; original delivery charges are non-refundable. Applicable taxes will be refunded in accordance with the law, and the full refund will be processed once the item has been received and checked by our warehouse team.
As-New Condition
To be eligible for return, items must be in perfect, original condition. This requires that they are:

Free from scratches, marks, abrasions, or dents.

Returned in their original packaging, where possible.

Uninstalled and unaltered in any way.

Packed securely for return transit.

Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Note on Materials: Bronze and copper pieces naturally develop a patina with handling and exposure. Items showing evidence of prolonged use or outdoor exposure are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a prompt replacement, repair, or full refund.
Exclusions
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on items that have been installed, physically altered, or are no longer in the as-new condition defined above. Made-to-order or customized pieces are final sale.
